Despite the many efforts of the Ministry of Education to solve the problems of the country's education system, we see that the management of the country's secondary schools has problems. This research was conducted with the aim of comparing the performance of managers who graduated in the field of management and educational planning and the performance of managers with those who graduated in other fields of study in Nowshahr secondary schools. In this regard, four variables of managerial skills, personal skills, moral competence, and educational and educational knowledge of two groups of managers in high schools of Nowshahr city were evaluated and compared. In this research, an evaluation model for school principals in the education of Nowshahr city is presented. In terms of qualitative data and in terms of the nature and type of the study, it has been descriptive-survey and causal-comparative which emphasizes the production, reflection and validation of a theory and through interviews and finally using interpretive theory and evaluation of comparative indicators. It took place. The statistical population of the research includes all principals of schools in Nowshahr city in ۲۰۲۲, whose number was approximately ۲۰ people. The researcher-made questionnaire included ۶۴ questions. The analysis of the research data with SPSS statistical software in two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics, the results of the analysis of the findings showed that the average performance scores of the managers and students of the field of management and educational planning compared to the university managers of the fields of study in Management skills, personal skills, moral competence, and educational and educational knowledge have been significantly higher.
