هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه صلاحیت حرفه ای آموزگاران دارای مدرک کارشناسی آموزش ابتدایی با سایر آموزگاران دوره ابتدایی شهر مشهد بود. برای دستیابی به این هدف دو گروه ۱۰۰ نفره انتخاب شدند. آزمودنی ها به شیوه نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و سپس به صورت تصادفی در گروه ها قرار گرفتند. برای گردآوری داده ها از آزمون صلاحیت حرفه ای معلمان استفاده شد و در نهایت برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی و امار استنباطی استفاده شد. نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل یافته ها با استفاده از نرم افزار نشان داد بین صلاحیت حرفه ای آموزگاران دارای مدرک کارشناسی آموزش ابتدایی با سایر آموزگاران دوره ابتدایی شهر مشهد تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد. همچنین بین صلاحیت شناختی ، صلاحیت نگرشی و صلاحیت مدیریتی آن ها نیز تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد.

The aim of the current research was to compare the professional qualifications of teachers with a bachelor's degree in elementary education with other elementary school teachers in Mashhad. To achieve this goal, two groups of ۱۰۰ people were selected. Subjects were selected by available sampling method and then randomly placed in groups. To collect data, teachers' professional qualification test was used, and finally, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The results of the analysis of the findings using software showed that there is a significant difference between the professional qualifications of teachers with a bachelor's degree in elementary education and other elementary school teachers in Mashhad. Also, there is a significant difference between their cognitive competence, attitudinal competence and managerial competence.
