Dr. Jalil Younesi has been entrusted with the duties and rights of the Vice-Dean for Research at the FPE since January 2022. Holding a PhD degree in Educational Measurement, he is a distinguished academic figure in the field.

Dr. Younesi is also a faculty member at the Department of Educational Measurement, Faculty of Psychology and Education, Allameh Tabataba'i University (ATU).
